- (if calling the Pregnancy, Birth & Baby Helpline) get a friend or a relative to call on your behalf
- access healthdirect and the Pregnancy, Birth & Baby Helpline through the National Relay Service (NRS)
- Teletypewriter (TTY) users phone 1800 555 677 then ask for 1800 022 222 for healthdirect or 1800 882 436 for Pregancy, Birth & Baby Helpline
